Since 1962, we have been overseeing every stage of coffee production: from selecting the best green varieties from plantations around the world to roasting and final packaging.

With modern facilities and a high production capacity, we produce blends of beans, capsules and pods, offering dedicated advice and customised solutions for processing on behalf of third parties and private labels.

Our third-party processing service is aimed at coffee roasting facilities and companies that want to enhance their recipes or brands, even starting from coffee that has already been roasted. For large-scale retailers, shopkeepers and distributors, we offer exclusive brand products, with the option of choosing existing blends or developing new formulas together. Selection of the blend

We select green coffee beans of excellent quality from the finest origins, including Arabica from Brazil, Honduras, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Robusta from India, Vietnam, Indonesia and Africa.

Each batch is examined to guarantee constant standards and distinctive organoleptic profiles. Starting from these foundations, we develop custom blends, calibrated to meet specific taste and positioning requirements.

Roasting and processing

Roasting is the heart of the production cycle: in our silos, the beans are sorted by country of origin and transferred by a pneumatic system to roasting machines with a capacity of 2,000 kg/hour.

Each temperature curve can be calibrated with extreme precision to bring out the distinctive characteristics of the different origins. Air cooling preserves the aromatic notes, preparing the coffee for the final packaging stage.

Encapsulation

It is at this stage that the coffee takes its final form. Our highly automated lines package up to 12,000 Nescafé Dolce Gusto-compatible capsules per hour, 9,000 Nespresso capsules, 9,000 Espresso Point capsules, 6,000 A Modo Mio capsules and 9,000 44 mm ESE pods.

Each capsule locks in freshness and aromas, ensuring flawless extraction. Technology plays its part, but it is our artisan care that makes the difference.

Packaging

We package your coffee in neutral or personalised boxes, with graphics developed especially by our team of graphic designers. Production, organised in small batches, ensures constant quality, ready to be distributed on shelves or in sales points.
